Our client in the medical and surgical healthcare industry is looking for an Operations Assistant Manager based in Marian Industrial Park, Durban Administrative duties: • Medikredit application and queries • Discovery application and queries • Surgicom application and queries • SAHPRA applications and queries • ISO Application and ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained. • CSD updates and reports • BEE updates HR duties: • Serr Synergy liaison for Employment Equity • Serr Synergy Liaison for Skills Development/Training • Drafting employee skills plan • Serr Synergy Liaison for Labour Relations • Including disciplinary hearings, drafting warnings, EE contracts • Statutory compliance Liaison • Attend to HR related matters - refer to Shamit if assistance is required. • Process payroll and attend to queries. • Interviews • HR induction and on boarding process • Employee wellness, training and development • Drafting employee formal communication • Drafting formal letters to staff, suppliers and customers • Drafting appointment letters and employee contracts • Gathering and maintaining employee records • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. • Tracking employee absence • Liaison between management and staff • Employee training administrator Operations duties: • Generate purchase orders. • Build and maintain good relationships with local suppliers to ensure that the best prices are offered to me when negotiating. • Purchase inventory on supplier online stores. • GRV inventory • Approval of IBT • Generate IBR • Inventory liaison between sales staff and warehouse. • Attend to system and physical inventory queries. • Supervise warehouse floor and assist with management of warehouse staff. • Prepare inventory forecast schedules for the operations manager with the use of sales history reports. • Identifying local purchasing trends and relaying that information to the operations manager • Prepare ETA reports. • Preparation and hosting back-order meetings. • Attend to daily telephonic/email inquiries regarding shipments. • Advise staff of shipments that came, generate back-order reports and facilitate back-order invoicing. • Assist with invoicing when invoicing staff are unavailable. • Gathering, maintaining and distributing company documents • Complete tender sure tenders • Assist with the preparation of tenders. • Company event planner • Co-ordinate year-end marketing material i.e. sourcing, liaising with the graphic designer and liaising with printer. • Assist staff with evolution queries - • Overall Solutionist R130 000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) Apply Now
