The company is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager with comprehensive knowledge of wastewater / design-build / commission projects. This role will provide support to the Project Manager, who oversees multiple projects within the organization. The specific project scope necessitates additional assistance for the Project Manager. The preferred candidate should have prior experience in managing projects valued at more than R 80 million. Support the Project Manager in overseeing the project from initiation to close-out, encompassing all process groups and knowledge areas necessary to fulfill contract specifications. Collaborating on the development of Project Charter & Scope Contributing to the creation of Project Execution Plan Managing Project Revenue, Budget & associated Costs Establishing Project Program Assisting in Staffing the Project (building a team) Ensuring Quality Management Implementing Safety Management Min 3 years' experience in EPC projects as a project manager or project engineer. Proven Track Record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines. R 35 000 - R 45 000 ctc per month (depending on experience).
