We have an incredible position available for a qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to gain further experience in their field The position is based in Cape Town and the ideal candidate will be determined, focused, experienced, and seeking longevity and growth Qualifications required: Matric with Maths Skills and experience required: 2 years’ experience Computer literacy (MS Office) – Excel competent Job description: General office administration Ordering stationery Completing payment requisitions Assisting with meetings and minute taking Create and maintain filing systems – electronic and hardcopy Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Set up and maintain contract lists Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Provide general support to Quantity surveyors in completing tasks Research and create presentations Handle multiple projects Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not heard from us within 1 week.
