REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant qualification in aesthetics - Masters Diploma in Aesthetician; ITEC; CIDESCO or SAAHSP
- 2 3 years experience as a senior beauty therapist in a managerial position.
- Previous managerial experience in a spa or beauty salon setting.
- Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies, advanced facials, and holistic body treatments
- Passionate about healing and wellness
- Basic computer skills
- Well-groomed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
DUTIES:
- Assist the Spa Manager in daily operations and management tasks
- Ensure the smooth running of spa treatments and services
- Supervise spa staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance service offerings
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager
