Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an Assistant Spa Manager for a Luxury Hotel situated in the Western Cape. : Assistant Spa Manager : Western Cape : Depending on Experience Accomodation: Live out Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the Spa business entity, overseeing operations, budgeting, and marketing campaigns. Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all spa services. Create and maintain budget reports, monitoring expenses and revenue streams. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Manage supplies and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and spa activities. Hire and train employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting staff development. Minimum Requirements: Qualification in Somatology and Hospitality. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role within a 5-star Hospitality environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Competencies, Behaviours, and Objectives: Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings. Research consumer needs and align spa services to meet those needs. Achieve company objectives through effective planning and execution. Analyse performance data and project future performance trends. Manage month-end and year-end processes efficiently. Remain flexible to maximize yield and adapt to changing market conditions.
