- Must be a qualified aesthetician with relevant certification
- At least 3 years experience as a Senior Spa Therapist
- Previous managerial experience is essential
- Must be computer literate and competent on Microsoft Office
- Should have and follow excellent hygiene standards
- Must be confident in performing a range of treatments and have excellent product knowledge
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be professional, friendly and well groomed
- Must be passionate about wellness
Duties:
- Ensure the effective running of the daily operations of the Spa
- Manage good relationships within the team
- Assist with training and development
- Attend to all complaints
- Distribute workload
- Stock Control
- Deal with all orders and packaging
- Daily room checks
- Staff schedules
