Step up to the challenge and score big with a career at Mr Price Sport Grade 12 or equivalent. 3 Years' experience in retail. Management experience (advantageous). Sales & service management. Budgeting. Computer literate. Communication skills Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer & product. Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives excellent service by leading by example and coaching the team on customer interaction and problem resolution. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, merchandise displays, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that drive customer engagement and boost sales. Training and Development: Support the training and development of store staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Operational Excellence: Assist in managing store operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Loss Prevention: Work closely with the Store Manager to implement loss prevention strategies and maintain a secure shopping environment. Team Building: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic among store staff.
