We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician/Electronic Engineering Assistant Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in electronics, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of engineers in a factory environment. This role involves: assembling. modifying. testing electronic prototypes and equipment . providing support to production and quality control teams. KPI Responsibilities: Assemble, modify, repair, and improve electrical products, prototypes, and equipment according to requirements. Test prototypes based on test plans and generate test reports. Collaborate with engineers to assemble and test prototype devices to ensure they meet design specifications. Construct one-off prototypes using a variety of tools and equipment. Use appropriate software to develop designs and implement feedback from engineers. Run tests, diagnostics, and calibrations. Conduct experiments and investigations under the guidance of engineers. Provide support to the production team in the manufacturing process. Assist with quality control on production. Assist in the transition of products from concept to production. Operate, program, and troubleshoot production equipment such as pick and place line machinery. Evaluate electronic components for quality and suitability. Conduct characterization and testing of devices according to predefined protocols. Develop and formalize test plans and production procedures to standardize and improve manufacturing processes. Conduct research, collect data, and write reports. Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical components. Analyse operations and offer suggestions for improvement. Attend conferences and participate in other learning and growth opportunities. Background and experience in electronics . Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and Factory manager. Proficiency in using tools and equipment for electronic assembly and testing. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
