Description Requirements IT literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Interstices About the job: Be familiar with the products and generate on-time quotations for clients. (Training to be provided) Managing quotes versus orders, as well as managing order process and progress. Ensure due dates are met on deliveries. General handling of client queries, if required. Duties of Assistant Clerk Quoting clients Tracking Quotes versus Orders Client communication and administration Ensuring orders are loaded correctly and are in WIP Any other administration task as requested by the Sales Executive not listed above Skills: Reading comprehension, understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Listening, giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Speaking, to others to convey information effectively Problem solving, identifying problems, and reviewing information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Writing, communicating effectively in writing for the needs of the audience Time management, managing one's own time and time of others Numeracy, Knowledge of numbers and figures, understanding relationships between numbers, interpreting mathematical information, Ability to organize information, Logical thinking, Calculation skills, understanding trends, Language skills, Measurement and data analysis, Working with graphical information and specialized software. Problem Solving - Using four basic steps to implement solutions by accurately defining problems and identifying alternatives. Profile Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies Fluent in English Dynamic, able to anticipate and organize, while being able to manage emergencies 3-4 years' experience working in administration with relevant computer literacy.
