Our client, based in Greenpoint, Cape Town, whom are in the Financial Planning and Wealth Management industry are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and motivated Assistant for their Financial Planner / Advisor Our client, based in Greenpoint, Cape Town, whom are in the Financial Planning and Wealth Management industry are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and motivated Assistant for their Financial Planner / Advisor Provide holistic administrative support to financial advisor. Manage advisor's diary (Client birthdays, meetings etc.) General office duties – Scanning, printing etc. Ensure client filing (Online and physical) is up to date. Ensure processes et by head office is followed. Manage client queries. Gather and prepare information for client meetings (Reviews, proposals, implementations etc.) Assist with event planning where necessary. Manage and drive outstanding requirements (FICA, Medicals etc.) Generating quotes (Investments, life cover etc.) Implementing and monitoring client proposals and submitting applications Implementing changes, switches, additions etc. Arrange and finalise repurchases and withdrawals. Submitting transfers etc. Ensure that product provider implements instructions correctly and within and reasonable timeframe Grade 12 MUST have life, investment and wealth experience Valid driver's license Computer literate (MS Office) Good Excel skills Experience working on platforms like Ninety-One, Glacier and Momentum Wealth (highly advantageous) Highly negotiable based on qualifications and experience Apply Now
