Assistant Wine Maker Alheit Vineyards is a renowned wine farm in the Hemel & Aarde Valley (Hermanus). They are looking for an assistant winemaker to join their boutique operation in April 2024. Responsibilities: Grape transportation. Harvest work. SAWIS administration. Stock taking. Transport and managing of cellar staff. Managing cellar materials. General cellar work and quality control. Managing packing schedules and materials. Liaising with the export administrator. Ad hoc responsibilities. Requirements: Relevant qualification plus 3 years’ assistant winemaker experience. Code 10 driver's license (preferable) Starting date : April 2024 Salary : R25k - R30k p.m. (plus a company vehicle and cell phone allowance) Area: Hermanus Please apply online if you meet the above-mentioned requirements.
