Associate - Compensation and Benefits - Gauteng
Education & Experience:- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent thereof- GRP or equivalent certifications advantageous- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a HR Consulting environment and/or survey, remuneration and benefits environment- Proven track record of fostering and managing close relationships with external constitutions- Demonstrated knowledge of Reward, Compensation and BenefitsManage internal projects and assigned industry forums.- Design and execute country strategies to grow revenue through delivery of various products, including remuneration surveys, benchmarking, bespoke projects and other proprietary products. Manage assigned country remuneration surveys by collaborating with direct team members and various offsite teams in India and Poland.- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing strategy aligned with Mercers overall strategy and country growth strategy- Canvassing new clients and management of existing clients- Acts as survey project manager to ensure survey is deliver within time and within desired quality- Conducts compensation and benefits analysis to create client benchmarking reports.
