Reference: JHB000500-Dana-2Leading life Insurance company seeks a Risk Analyst A leading life insurance company seeks a Risk Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Risk your responsibilities will include:1. Assisting the Head of Risk Management with maintenance and execution of the Risk Management Framework across the organisation, ensuring effectiveness of risk management processes2. Assist with performing the annual ORSA process and producing the ORSA document, including performing certain components of stress and scenario testing.3. Assistance with combined assurance process, with focus on operational, fraud and compliance risk identification and quantification across all the company processes.4. Assisting with setting the risk appetite statement and performing annual risk appetite modelling work5. Tracking experience against key risk metrics, including solvency and liquidity, as well as assisting with producing quarterly risk reports and ORSA updates6. Development of key risk indicators to assist in the effective monitoring of risks 7. Maintenance of the risk register and incident log, and reporting regularly on incident experience against risk appetite8. Improvement and development of risk management reports and tools for the identification, assessment and monitoring of risks, including emerging risks.The candidate must have a completed Honours (BSc/ BCom Maths / Stats / Data Science etc and relevant working experience as per above.
