You will be driving requests for obtaining evidence related to ITGC controls.amd promotes ITIL and COBIT best practices across the full life cycle of services This is a Contract position until December 2024 - Renewable for 2025 Hybrid working model - currently working 3 days in the office (Rosebank) Send your CV to elsa.vandenbergmediro-ict.co.za Logical Access Review Process (Extract Preparation, Quarterly logical access review, Semi-Annual logical access reviews, Annual Access Profile content reviews) Logical Access Review and Validation of various application accesses Monthly Change Management review Assistance with Sarbanes-Oxley Audit Activities - Evidence Request List support, Coordination of Annual SOX Template reviews. Gathering of Evidence, Samples and Populations required by the auditors. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling reports for the business unit. Document processes and workflows and maintain/update the existing process documents. Work closely with peers to understand and design reports and dashboards to meet analytical requirements Contributes to driving efficiencies and enhancement opportunities to existing auditing processes and techniques, using data analytics, automation and other process improvement techniques and ideas. Maintain relationship with the Business Unit to manage expectations of service, including work requirements, timing, and deliverables for IM or Business Audits. Maintain appropriate levels of technical and procedural documentation Provide general application support Conduct system monitoring Qualifications & Experience COBIT Understanding of, and experience with, ITIL processes Experience working with IT General Controls. Risk Management Experience Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment; a self-starter Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Critical & Analytical Thinking Logical Customer Service Oriented Communication skills both spoken and written. Organization and Planning Commitment to task Listening and Understanding Deal with ambiguity Document evidence required during audits Work independently Analyze Systems to identify and escalate risks Organize and manage time effectively Salary Market Related
