RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our clients team in Bedfordview. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the auditing process to ensure that the financial operations and controls meet the highest standards. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide insightful recommendations to improve compliance and efficiency. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct periodical audits Present audit findings and recommend actions to improve compliance and efficiency Complete audits on time and submit comprehensive reports Perform effective risk and control assessments Review the work of team members to ensure accuracy and compliance Allocate responsibilities to junior auditors Plan and oversee the entire auditing process We are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge of auditing and control practices, and a thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software is essential. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational and leadership abilities are crucial for success in this role.
