RPO Recruitment's client is currently seeking an Audit Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Audit Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our audit engagements. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing audit quality assurance processes and procedures Conducting reviews of audit engagements to assess compliance with professional standards and firm policies Providing guidance and training to audit teams on quality assurance processes and best practices Identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance audit quality Collaborating with senior leadership and audit partners to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting audit quality Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CA(SA) Minimum of 3 years of experience in external auditing, with a focus on quality assurance Strong knowledge of auditing standards and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CA(SA) Minimum of 3 years of experience in external auditing, with a focus on quality assurance Strong knowledge of auditing standards and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Salary: R600K/yr - R850K/yr, salary negotiable Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
