Audit Review and Compilation Accountant - Bellville
Well-established and growing medium-sized audit, accounting and consulting firm is looking to employ an experienced Financial Statement Reviewer and Compiler. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically-minded individual who enjoys compilations and reviews. The firm has offices in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, Winelands, Swartland, and Tswane. Possibility for remote work for this role. The ideal candidate will have completed SAICA articles with some supervisory or management experience. AGA(SA), CA(SA) eligible and candidates still en route to this designation will also be considered. This firm of Chartered Accountants (SA) and Registered Auditors offers a variety of services with the aim of continuously looking for cost-effective, value-added solutions to their clients’ business needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Compilation of Annual Financial Statements. Perform Audit Review assignments. Produce client reports (AFS, Minutes, Certificates, Management letters etc.) Related ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified CA(SA), Part qualified CA(SA) or AGA(SA) will also be considered. Completed articles, preferably with supervisory experience. 3 years’ audit experience. A thorough knowledge of IFRS for SME's; IFRS; ISA; and taxation. Experience with CaseWare. Remuneration: R300,000 to R480,000 pa, depending on experience.
