We are looking for an efficient Auditor Coordinator for a company in the Fuel & Retail sector. Driving Operational Efficiencies by various reports analyst Provide Maintenance Planning and Service administration support Performs general office administration Follow up / send out reports for follow up and feedback. Collate feedback and submit for review within required deadlines Ad Hoc processes. This role will evolve over time and will expose the incumbent to new processes, as determined by operational requirements. Capturing of Purchase orders Obtain quotes Proficient in systems, especially in Excel or Google Sheets - Advanced. GSuite experience an advantage Minimum qualification, Matric Admin background Problem-solving skills Attention to detail Keeping to timelines Must be able to work under pressure.
