Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 National Diploma/Btech in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in Maintenance/Automation in which 3 years must be from a Manufacturing environment. Must have own Transport Job specification: Completion of Automation Projects with a given time frame. Generation of weekly best practice reports. Technical support for equipment breakdowns. Project management. Hands-on approach to innovation projects. MS Office & Mechanical Drafting Quick response to support production line Identify root cause of breakdowns and complete RCA report Conduct production line optimizations, quality improvements Provide startup support for maintenance technicians when required Work with support and production staff to ensure that the department is operating at its optimum. Complete tasks to meet Samsung KPI’s Required Skills and Competencies Expert knowledge of PLC ladder logic & programming IT knowledge (Quick Diagnosis of faults on Breakdowns) Fundamental knowledge of 3D CAD. Fundamental knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics Expert knowledge of Electronic and Mechanical systems. Ability to teach and program robotics Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings 3d cad|automation|electronics|maintenance|plc Kindly apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
