Non-Negotiable Requirements & Qualifications

Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
Certified Master Technician with extensive experience in high volume brands will be a added benefit
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an automotive workshop (not negotiable)
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
