One of our international automotive clients is looking for a Parts Manager to join their company and be based in Tanzania. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to live an Expat lifestyle in a magnificent country and gain valuable experience in Africa. Skills and experience required: 7 – 10 years of Parts Management experience Experience in parts training Experience within the automotive dealerships is a non-negotiable requirement Strong leadership and management skills Job description: Compile and implement a marketing plan Manage inventory Manage risk (financial and non – financial) within department Ensure profit target achievement and update data supplied Prospecting new business Responsible for annual budget of Parts Department Maintain good housekeeping within department and departmental vehicle fleet Conduct departmental meeting and general after sales meeting to ensure effective communication Manage training of all parts staff Attract, retain, appraise and develop staff Visit customers on a regular basis to determine customer needs and desires Compile and implement a Business Plan Visit our website www.sherecruits.co.za to see other opportunities.
