Role description As an Aviation Special Services Agent, you will deliver service excellence by reviewing & processing predefined special services, in line with specific processes and airline requirements while ensuring quick, accurate delivery. The Agent will be responsible for assisting with queue work, reviewing and updating the status of booked services and supporting with finalizing the status of the following special services, such as booking for animals in hold, pets in cabin, bulk baggage, bicycles, sports equipment & extra baggage. Minimum requirements Customer service experience (call centre experience would be advantageous). Ability to work rotational shifts. Grade 12 Mathematics, 60% standard mathematics or 70% mathematical literacy. Grade 12 Geography (advantageous). Diploma in Tourism (advantageous).
