ITIL processes, in particular Incident , Problem Management, Configuration Management

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
Java development experience of at least 5 years. (OCA preferable, OCP more so)
At least 2 years AWS and Azure experience
