Job Title: Education Lead: Foundation Phase Job Location: Eastern Cape This role requires someone who is passionate about long term educational change. They will need to be an experienced and confident teacher who is patient and able to work alongside others to develop their subject knowledge, classroom management and teaching ability. Early literacy and numeracy are vital elements of this role, as well as strong relationship building with teachers. Job Title: Education Support: Grade R & 1 Job Location: Eastern Cape This role requires someone who is passionate about long term educational change. They will need to be an experienced and confident teacher who is patient and able to work alongside others to develop their subject knowledge, classroom management and teaching ability. Early literacy and numeracy are vital elements of this role, as well as strong relationship building with teachers. They will support the Education Lead for Foundation Phase interventions. Job Title: Office Administrator Job Location: Eastern Cape This is a Part time role that requires someone who is exceptionally organised, diligent and is good with planning and details. They will provide administrative and logistical support to all of the PSP programs. They must have experience working in a professional office environment, have an appropriate tertiary qualification and a drivers license. Job Title: Social Worker Job Location: Eastern Cape This role requires someone who is pasionate about long term eduational change and the holistic wellbeing of learners and staff. We are looking for someone with empathy, who is patient and passionate about the development of learners. The person needs to be a self-driven, team player who is persistent, objective and resilient. Having a strong systems orientation – creating structures and processes to provide social support to children and teachers in rural schools – will be critical.
