Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to) : Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to plan and execute customer visits, ensuring streamlined and efficient sales operations. Business Expansion: Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating new partnerships, fostering relationships with existing clients, and generating new sales opportunities in the B2B segment. Solution Development: Proactively gather sales demand and project opportunities, collaborating with technical colleagues to devise comprehensive solutions that align with client needs. Order Management: Take ownership of the order process from initiation to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and maintaining a high level of satisfaction Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of orders to facilitate Product Strategy: Stay informed about the company's product strategy, ensuring a thorough understanding to confidently present and align solutions with partner needs. Sales Strategy Contribution: Actively contribute insights to improve sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 Years of work experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset proficiency in data analysis tools. Knowledge of online sales platforms and retail operations.
