At Front Runner, our B2C Sales Representatives is the front line of selling our products and services to the public consumers. It is a B2C Representative's responsibility to listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. Our B2C representatives will also maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via regular follow-up telephone calls and emails. Potential new customers should also be sourced by B2C Representatives in order to build the brand. Skill requirements: A Matric Certificate and preferrably 1-2 years' experience in a Sales Environment. Must have excellent computer skills and literacy. Valid driver's license. Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service support skills. Strong administration & management skills. Speak, read, and write English & Afrikaans efficiently. Must be able to work after hours & weekends.
