ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Excellent PowerPoint, Writing Skills, Agile Working Experience, Ability to manage a Jira board & tickets, Figma experience. WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? Graduate degree, 3- 5 years working as a Business Analyst or as a Project Manager, E-Commerce/Web design experience in retail, Software Delivery Experience, User Journey Experience Beneficial, Automotive industry experience is advantageous. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Working with the Customer Front End design and development team to deliver a new front end for Direct Sales brands. Managing the Customer work stream and changes to designs and/or development based on aligned business decisions (comments in Jira and Figma). Preparation of presentations and customer journey maps to ensure a smooth User Experience. Organising meetings with various key stakeholders and teams to ensure product delivery. Demonstrating the Front-end product to Business and key stakeholders, including senior management and EXCO. Engaging in meetings to drive decisions and following through to implementation in design/development. Engaging with Suppliers and Development teams on feature requirements. Testing and Quality Assurance to oversee the final solution from a quality perspective and ensure bugs are raised and fixed in a timely manner. Communication with internal stakeholders, international and local suppliers, and retailer network. General understanding of web analytics. Skilled in Adobe Analytics, at least basic, advantageous. Good knowledge of web software development terminologies and e-marketing tools (SEA, SEO, Retargeting etc.). Experience with web design principles and ability to ensure compliance with Corporate Identity Standards. Responsibility of all compliance topics in area of responsibility.
