Back Office Administrator - Bloemfontein

Our client in Bloemfontein CBD is recruiting for a Back Office Administrator who meets the below minimum requirements:

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in GRV's, pricing, administration and management and ordering of stock

Skills required:

  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Ability to organise and prioritise

Duties will include:

  • Receiving of invoices
  • GRV's
  • Pricing
  • Handling of damaged stock, stock control and stock adjustments
  • Ordering of stock
  • Management of bulk stock

Remuneration:

R6 000 - R8 500 per month depending on experience

Working days:

Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00

Every second Saturday 08h00 to 13h00
