Banqueting Coordinator – Scenic 5 Property – Cape Town Salary Package: Competitive LOCAL HIRE We are looking for a dynamic and organized Banqueting Coordinator to be part of a luxurious hotel brand. You will support the food and beverage team to manage and coordinate the outlet reservations and affiliated administrative tasks. Manage the conference, events, and private bookings as per procedures. Work alongside the F&B revenue and reservations team to maximize revenue generating opportunities. Coordinate and handle all private functions, events and all special occasion enquiries and bookings. Ensure that all events advertised on the website are current and correct. Someone with excellent communication and organisational skills. Has an excellent understanding of guest satisfaction. 2 years F&B experience in event coordination within a high-end environment. Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Opera, Micros, Word, and Excel. Works well as a team and independently to create a happy working environment.
