Requirements:2 to 3 years experience in a management position
Matric
Computer literate
Formal hospitality degree and diploma
Experience in running functions of up to 250 pax
Duties:Train, motivate, and motivate all banqueting staff
Assist with queries and guest complaints
Manage the entire service operations of the restaurant
Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant
Daily meetings and handover of staff
Staff rostering
Do monthly stock takes
Salary:R15 000 to R18 000
Live-In with 3 meals a day included
