In line with company guidelines, the Bartender/Mixologist /Whiskey Specialist provides an excellent guest beverage experience while maintaining revenue generation and cost control. Responsibilities: Attend to guest's needs by providing a premium, courteous, friendly, and efficient service at all times. Continuously strive to create unique beverage creations. Lead bar servers in their assigned venue. Ensure compliance with all beverage related service standards, inventory management and public health compliance. Correctly apply the food safety procedures and food quality requirements related to all processes. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a 'Bartender' in an internationally recognised 5 star hotel is essential Food Safety/HACCP certificated Ship experience advantageous Possess a valid passport Fluent in English
