BEE HR OFFICER Appointment: Permanent, full-time position. Area: Centurion, Gauteng Salary: R50 000 per month (R600 000 per annum) CTC - negotiable Benefits: Provident Fund and December Bonus Working hours: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:45 Staff compliment: 450 employees Background checks will be done on successful applicant: ITC, Criminal background check and qualification verification A completed Human Resource degree essential. A strong IR (Industrial Relations) person that is not easily influenced and manipulated, that knows the Labour Law and MIBCO (Motor Industry Bargaining Council) agreement. Working within the warehouse or motor industry will be added advantage. 5 – 6 years' experience withing the Human Resource environment, minimum of 4 years HR Generalist experience of which 2 years must be in a senior HR Officer Ability to communicate and manage HR / IR day to day issues within the warehouse. Union / Employee Representative interaction Knowledge of the Motor Industry will be added advantage Computer Literacy: Advanced Office, Excel, Power point, SAGE 300 would be an added advantage.
