Experience: 2 years of experience in BI analysis, data analytics, or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Excel, and data modeling. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
