An opportunity to work for a giant in ICT space with a strong heritage, proven technology and one of the broadest portfolios in the industry In this role, you will be tasked with facilitating a smooth management of the entire bid process – including bid planning/scheduling, produce sections of the bid response, setting up and facilitating reviews, approvals in addition to final compilation and submission The ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements : A Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales Management or similar is essential 6 years overall experience in developing both Private and Public Sector Bids for large, complex opportunities At least 3 - 4 years of experience in information communication & telecommunications (non negotiable) Experience of coordinating and updating a Content Management System. Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Ability to coach sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice, would be an added advantage. Advanced MS Word skills & proficient in MS Office. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Preparing and managing proposal templates that can be used to respond to RFI/RFP bids as well as customer proposals - including documentation such as Corporate Profiles, Terms and Conditions, Service Level Agreements, BEE Compliance, etc. Preparing professionally formatted responses to tenders Sourcing pricing approvals, and where necessary, formulating business cases in preparation for pricing approval for all tenders as well as non-standard bids Helping Bid Office Manager to increase the bid win rate for the business.
