  • Ability to operate butchery equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in cuts.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to changing schedules.
Duties may include:
  • Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to specifications.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the butchery area.
  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with meat selection and offering cooking tips.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management.
  • Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
