Boat Project Officer - Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage boat build, manufacturing, and R&D programs.
- Handle budgets, prepare costings and quotations for boats and trailers.
- Plan and provide product and after-sales services.
- Ensure quality control and manage relations with suppliers.
- Execute each boat and trailer contract from start to finish.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
- Manage procurement processes, including RFQs and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure timely updates to the operations administration system.
- Oversee supplier deliveries, quality control, and client acceptance procedures.
- Direct packing, shipment preparations, and commissioning of goods.
- Provide technical support for technology transfer and training programs.
- Deliver regular project reports to senior management.
- Strong project management abilities
- Technical expertise in boats (not ships)
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with engineers, technicians, boat builders, and suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
