• Final fitter

  • Fit plates and cleats to chassis. While getting painted, ensure correct plates and cleats and bolts and nuts are used.

    • If it is a vanbody

      • Use Sikaflex and panel the headboard with chromodeck sheets using Sikaflex.

      • Ensure to fit the end panel beadings.

      • Ensure to fit the 38mm ali half round beading.

      • Use Sikaflex and seal panels on the inside.

    • If it is a Tautliner

      • Use Sikaflex and panel the headboard with chromodeck sheets using Sikaflex.

      • Ensure to fit the end panel beadings.

      • Ensure to fit the 38mm ali half round beading.

      • Use Sikaflex and seal panels on the inside.
