Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a Bond Store Coordinator in the arow Industry area. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bond Store Controller to manage our SARS compliant (SOS) special storage bond store within a warehousing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure management of the bond store, compliance with SARS regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the day-to-day operations of the bond store, ensuring compliance with SARS regulations and company procedures. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and control. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations, investigating and reporting any discrepancies. Ensure the security and integrity of the bond store, including access control and surveillance. Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of goods. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory reports, receipt and dispatch documentation, and customs documentation. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the bond store. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service. KPIs: Inventory Accuracy Maintain 99% inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations. 99% inventory accuracy Compliance Ensure 100% compliance with SARS regulations and company procedures. 100% compliance Security Maintain a secure and integrity of the bond store, with zero security breaches. Zero security breaches Customer Satisfaction Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher through timely and efficient service. 95% or higher customer satisfaction Inventory Turnover Maintain an inventory turnover ratio of 3 or higher. Inventory turnover ratio of 3 Customs Clearance Ensure 100% clearance of goods through customs without any delays or issues. 100% customs clearance Training and Development Ensure all bond store staff are trained and aware of SARS regulations and company procedures. 100% staff training compliance Audit Results Achieve a satisfactory result in all internal and external audits. Satisfactory audit results Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Meet or exceed SLAs with customers and suppliers. Meet or exceed SLAs Cost Control Maintain costs within budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Costs within budget Grade 12 3-5 years of experience in a bond store or warehousing environment. Knowledge of SARS regulations and customs procedures. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with inventory management systems and software. Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
