As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the below:- Record financial transactions accurately in ledgers or accounting software.
- Maintain and balance general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to relevant regulations.
Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Diploma
in
Accounting and related field
.3+ years experience in a
