I am looking for a talented Bookkeeper who specializes in journals As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records through meticulous journal entry management. Your primary responsibilities will include: Journal Management: Be the guardian of the financial transactions, ensuring that all journals are accurately recorded and categorized. Recurring Journals: Maintain a comprehensive checklist of recurring journals to be processed regularly, including payroll, revenue, accruals, assets, and tax-related entries. Documentation Oversight: Be responsible for obtaining and organizing all necessary documentation to support journal entries, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Collaboration: Work closely with our accounting team to streamline journal entry processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Qualifications: Completed Matric Completed Finance related qualification Skills: 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role Attention to detail Shared Services environment is preferred If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
