BOOKKEEPER /ADMIN MANAGER - Cradock

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Accounting/ Bookkeeping diploma/degree/certificates
  • At least 5-10 years previous experience in bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis
  • Computer Literate
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Valid drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Journal entries for all financial transactions and filling of documentation.
  • Posting journal entries to ledger accounts.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing cash flow statements.
  • Bringing books to finalized Trial Balance stage.
  • Account preparation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
  • Supervision of others in accounting system.
  • Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.
  • Paying accounts for the organization.
  • Reconciliation of VAT and VAT 201 submissions.
  • Performing payroll and submitting SARS EMP 201 forms.
  • Assisting with imports from Europe.
  • Performing other administrative duties as required.
