Reference: CTF018336-AM-1 Are you experienced in Debtors, Creditors and Bookkeeping up to trial balance, looking for an opportunity to go into an industry that operates predominantly with startups? Our client is looking for an adaptable and agile Bookkeeper to join their team, as a right hand to the Financial Manager, ready to take charge of processing, AP and AR. Apply today Maintain banking and bank reconciliation Invoicing and capturing of debtor payments Capture and process daily expenses Capture invoices and process payments for suppliers Issue sales invoices Load supplier payments Process and submit VAT transactions daily Review weekly stock takes and investigate variances Month-end stock balances and variances Oversee and maintain full control functions for debtors and creditors Ensure age analysis is up to date Maintain loan accounts Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation Calculate and process standard month-end journals Reconcile of all control accounts Process and submitting of month end VAT transactions Calculate and submit all statutory returns including VAT & PAYE Assist with annual audit Calculation of provisional and annual income tax Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years as a bookkeeper performing up to Trial Balance Experience performing the debtors and creditors function VAT & SARS e-filing essential Pastel or SAGE experience highly beneficial Exposure to dealing with more than one entity/company Qualification: Diploma or equivalent in Bookkeeping/Diploma Matric Contact ALEXANDRA MALONEY on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF018336.
