- Manage Debtors and Creditors functions
- Ensure Governance & Compliance requirements
- Deliver high-quality customer service
Experience & Knowledge:- Proficiency in administrative processes
- Ability to undertake various office support tasks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective management of online calendars and scheduling
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Essential Skills & Qualifications:- Financial degree or diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting
- Matric certificate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google
applications
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of Xero or similar Financial Accounting Software
- Procurement experience is an advantage
- Proven experience in Bookkeeping and managing debtors and creditors
- Strong Mathematics marks in Grade 12 preferred
