Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Manage and maintain financial records using accounting software (Palladium) Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Prepare Tax Returns Assist with payroll processing and related tasks Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Assist with filing and document storage Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency Experience & Skills: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive problem-solving abilities Certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus Strong personality with ability to work independently Good communication skills Qualifications: A tertiary accounting qualification Any other relevant training will be an advantage Remuneration: Market related salary Flexible working hours
