Control of Debtors & debt collecting – weekly Control of Creditors & reconciliation of accounts Monthly Payroll preparation & loading onto payroll system Extract Debtors and Creditors Age Analysis for perusal prepare PAYE, UIF, VAT, and other statutory returns Monthly Payment Prepare Weekly Wages & Monthly Salaries for online Banking payment Load Monthly Supplier payments & Utility Bills and other bills for online Banking payment Other ad-hoc accounting functions Minimum Matric relevant tertiary qualification No experience required R 7 500 - R 10 000 p.m.
