BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (RIVERGATE PARK, CAPE FARMS) - Cape Town City Centre
Experience:
Bookkeeping: Manage up to trial balance with Sage Pastel Accounting.
Debtors and Creditors: Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable.
Supplier Payments: Conduct month-end payments.
Payroll: Oversee payroll for 28 staff with Sage Pastel Payroll.
Statutory Payments: Process SARS funds and manage IRP5 returns.
HR Administration: Perform HR tasks and maintain U-Filing & E-Filing.
Office Maintenance: Maintain supplies, arrange repairs, and handle general admin.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, with strong knowledge of Sage Pastel Accounting and Sage Pastel Payroll.
Residency in or near the Rivergate Park, Cape Farms area is ideal.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
