REQUIREMENTS- Matric with relevant qualification
- Min 5+ years experience in a bookkeeping role
- Experience in Xero advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent financial acumen, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Own transport
DUTIES- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions for the company
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Reconciliation of entries into the Xero accounting system
- Debtors and Creditors functions
- Maintain the trial balance
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Various SARS related administrative duties
- Managing the VAT returns
- Management of the banking, loading of payments etc
- Monitor any variances from projected budget
- Managing the filing system
- General administration duties related to managing the finance sector
Salary: R25k R30k
