Key responsibilities: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping up until Trial Balance along with Junior bookkeeper's assistance Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records Assisting the Financial Manager in the preparation of monthly management accounts for all companies Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Daily processing of customer receipts and supplier payments into Xero Maintenance of fixed asset register Profit payments to Clients (Training will be provided) Assistance with year-end audit preparation Do Costing Sheets (Training will be provided) Request for Funding (Training will be provided) Supplier Payments upon receipt of Funds Adhoc duties as required from time to time Previous experience within a similar role as Senior Bookkeeper for at least 3-5 years is required.
