Bookkeeper/PA - Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • Bookkeeping and Sage One experience.
  • Any qualifications in logistics is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, bookkeeping and entry level management, with mainly experience as a personal assistant.
  • Very strong admin skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance managers diary
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Daily tasks and personal tasks, as well as manage 3 drivers full time, with another person
  • Assisting in completing clerical tasks for senior members, including emails, phone calls and scheduling meetings.
  • Assisting with daily time management.
  • Run errands as requested.
