Our client in the Engineering industry is looking to employ an experienced and professionally registered Civil Resident Engineer with 15-20 years of relevant experience working on water treatment or wastewater treatment projects. This is a one-year contract position based on-site in Botswana. Requirements: A minimum of a BSc or B Tech in Civil Engineering. Must be professionally registered with ECSA as Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng. Pr CPM would be advantageous. A valid driver’s licence is essential (non-negotiable). Must have a valid passport (non-negotiable). Must have strong computer skills. A minimum of 10-15 years’ relevant civil & civil structural experience. experience with wastewater treatment and water retention structures as well as experience with the interface with electrical and mechanical works (highly advantageous). Working knowledge of GCC & FIDIC Yellow book (non-negotiable).
